It all started when my roommate, the victim of a car accident, became lost in the labyrinth of the legal process. Paperwork vanished, navigating complex steps felt impossible, and the fight for justice seemed overshadowed by daily life struggles. We weren't alone.

Many accident victims give up on their legal claims due to complex processes, missing documentation, or a lack of support. In fact, victims often feel overwhelmed by the need to balance medical appointments, insurance claims, and legal filings all while dealing with personal recovery.

After Initial Design of the application, I did testing to test the design application using usability testing. The test was carried out on 5 people using Figma prototype.

From the usability testing that has was carried out by all participants, there were a lot of difficulties during the test.

To many Font Sizes and Some text is not readable
Design is not very intuitive functions need to be easily accessible
To many colors cause distraction
there's no balance and some places have too much contrast which causes users' eye to stress out easily
Final UI Design
After testing the prototype, I gathered all the feedback and carefully analyzed the insights. Based on this, I made significant improvements, and as a result, my entire app has undergone a complete transformation.
